About Gilian

Gilian Martina is a certified trainer and mental fitness coach specializing in helping people master their mind, especially when the pressure is high. She teaches leaders mental fitness principles so they can regain clarity and drive sustainable performance. She also supports teams in translating these principles into daily habits.

 

With more than 20 years of experience she brings quiet authority and a steady presence to her sessions. Gilian has worked across government, NGOs, education, cooperatives, healthcare, hospitality, financial services, legal services, and aviation in the Caribbean and Latin America.

 

Drawing on her training in Shirzad Chamine’s Positive Intelligence® mental fitness program, which synthesizes recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive psychology, positive psychology, and performance science, she supports clients in seeing the gift inside their challenges and responding from wisdom instead of urgency.
